Julia Tallant

Julia Tallant is a senior research assistant in the reproductive health and family formation program area. Julia graduated from Denison University with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and Spanish. She is particularly interested in research on equitable access to reproductive health resources and sexual health promotion among LGBTQ youth. During their time as an undergraduate, Julia worked on qualitative research studies on the connection between abortion activism and policy change, as well as the role of transnational feminist networks in expanding access to reproductive health resources. Prior to joining Child Trends, Julia worked at different nonprofits focused on climate justice and gender parity in politics.
