Michael Bradley is a senior research assistant with interest in trauma-related research areas including post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and fostering resilience in youth. As an undergraduate, he contributed to and presented a research study on the link between social climate and academic success among underrepresented groups in STEM. In addition, he designed and presented a research proposal examining the effects that dogs have on mood. Prior to joining Child Trends, Michael served as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for valor. He has also worked as a Division Manager for a government contracting firm where he managed several large-scale federal contracts.
