Jessica Conway is a research assistant in the early childhood research area. Before joining Child Trends, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in health & societies (concentration in public health) and psychology. While at UPenn, she worked in research labs studying child development and psychological treatment efficacy. Broadly, she is interested in supporting community health initiatives, mental healthcare reform, improving cultural sensitivity and equity in research, and global health. Outside of her work as a research assistant, she volunteers at an organization working to expand access to mental healthcare and other social services.
