About the System Transformation for Equitable Preschools (STEP Forward with Data) Framework

The Early Childhood Data Collaborative at Child Trends led the development of the STEP Forward with Data Framework. The Framework was developed over two years by a consortium of experts using an iterative process. Many additional voices informed the development of the Framework, including researchers, early childhood systems leaders, and technical assistance providers. You can read more in our report about the rationale for the Framework and how it was developed.
