About the System Transformation for Equitable Preschools (STEP Forward with Data) Framework

January 30, 2024

The Early Childhood Data Collaborative at Child Trends led the development of the System Transformation for Equitable Preschools Framework. The STEP Forward with Data Framework was developed over two years by a consortium of experts using an iterative process. The development was also informed by many voices, including researchers, preschool systems leaders, and technical assistance providers. You can read more about the rationale for the Framework and how it was developed in our report.
