Jane Finocharo is a research assistant in the reproductive health and family formation area in the Bethesda office. She graduated from Colorado College with a degree in sociology. In college, she conducted research on college graduation rates and how identity is related to political ideology and behavior.
Jane interned with Aldeas Infantiles SOS, a non-governmental organization in Bolivia, where she helped develop education programming for children in foster care. She also interned with the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado, where she assisted with research on the municipal court system and worked on outreach programs. After graduating, Jane worked as a paraprofessional for the Colorado College sociology department. Her research interests include education, the criminal justice system, and public health.
