Van-Kim Bui Lin is a research scientist in the early childhood development research area. Van-Kim examines how early childhood data systems facilitate early childhood policies, practices, and programs to improve access to high-quality early care and education. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as project management. Her work includes topic areas, such as early grade assessments, home visiting, child care subsidies, and quality rating and improvement systems (QRIS). She has experience in implementation science, building data systems, evaluations, and supporting researchers’, state agencies’, and programs’ efforts to link and use administrative data.
