Kali Cruttenden is Child Trends’ proposal, compliance, & operations manager. In her role as proposals manager, she is responsible for the overall management of the proposals department, including proposal submission and proposal data management. Kali leverages her previous experience in database marketing to improve internal data systems and conduct analyses that promote data-driven decision-making. As compliance manager, she oversees the submission of compliance reporting and provides supports to projects in tracking, completing, and submitting required reports.  As operations manager, she is responsible for developing and implementing tools and processes that support research staff in their daily work. Kali provides ongoing technical assistance to staff to ensure they can effectively use tools to improve project management and contract compliance.
