Holly Nord is a member of the proposal development team and is responsible for independently leading the proposal preparation and submission process. She develops work plans and sub packets, leads kick-off meetings to discuss proposal requirements and internal deadlines, and reviews proposal materials to ensure compliance and accuracy. In addition to managing proposals from initiation to submission, she provides high-level support to strategic priorities and special initiatives at Child Trends. This includes working with leadership to manage the investigator-initiated and debrief processes as well as indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ)/blanket purchase agreement (BPA) management and strategy.
Holly graduated from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where she studied political science and Chinese, and volunteered at nonprofit organizations in the affordable housing, education, and sustainability sectors. Prior to join Child Trends in 2018, she was a Fulbright English teaching assistant in Taiwan.
