Holly Nord is the proposal and strategy specialist for Child Trends. In this capacity, she manages proposals from initiation to submission and provides high-level support to strategic priorities and special initiatives.

Holly has particular expertise in developing work plans and sub materials, as well as reviewing proposal materials to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prior to joining Child Trends, Holly worked as a Fulbright English teaching assistant in Taiwan and volunteered at nonprofit organizations in the affordable housing, education, and sustainability sectors.

She graduated from College of the Holy Cross with bachelor’s degrees in political science and Chinese.
