This resource describes the three types of program documentation or survey items that can be used to answer questions about preschool programs from the STEP Forward with Data Framework: 1) guidebooks and policies, 2) reported data, and 3) program surveys. We describe each type of program data source, highlight examples, and offer a sample program survey.
