This resource highlights how different types of administrator documentation—or documents that preschool administrators develop as guidance for preschool programs—can be used to understand what is happening in a preschool system. We describe three types of administrator documentation, offer state spotlights, and outline which STEP Forward with Data Framework questions can be answered by each document type.
