Response to request for comments and suggestions to improve the 2017-2018 Civil Rights Data Collection

Child Trends responds to a request for comments related to whether the 2017-2018 Civil Rights Data Collection is necessary to the proper functions of the U.S. Department of Education, and whether public school districts should be required to report on the experiences of students with disabilities who they have placed in private or non-public schools.
