Rhonda Jallah

Rhonda Jallah is the talent acquisition manager for Child Trends. In this capacity, she helps lead the organization’s recruiting efforts. Prior to joining Child Trends, Rhonda worked in the talent management department at the University of the District of Columbia, where she was involved in all aspects of the university’s recruiting efforts. She also interned at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, DC Campus, where she reviewed and evaluated current practices, and developed a targeted student employee performance evaluation process. There, Rhonda also conducted a thorough training review process for student staff, including reviewing past training programs and materials and interviewing current student staff. Prior to moving to the DC metro area, she worked at Elwyn for the organization’s Adult Day Program for individuals with developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Rhonda’s interest in organizational systems, processes and procedures, and leadership and development led her to study industrial and organizational psychology for her Master’s degree and her ongoing PhD work.
