Lee Woods is the communications coordinator at Child Trends. In this role, she supports the creation, implementation, and evaluation of social, traditional, and digital media outreach strategies and provides a variety of administrative and technical support. 

Before joining Child Trends, Lee worked at the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection and the Department of Media Studies at the University of Virginia, where she co-managed the development of a virtual exhibition and developed a regular newsletter to enhance alumni engagement. Lee graduated from the University of Virginia’s College of Arts and Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in media studies.
