Kelsey Lodge is Child Trends’ employee relations manager. Prior to joining Child Trends, he served as an HR business partner for the Duke University Heath System at Duke Raleigh Hospital, as well as the director of administration/human resources for the Center for Child and Family Health. Kelsey works remotely in Durham, NC where he resides.
Kelsey has a BS degree in criminal justice from Elizabeth City State University, over 12 years of experience in human resources, and is currently pursuing his MS in leadership from Pfeiffer University. In his role, Kelsey assists employees and managers in navigating workplace issues and answering policy questions, as well as supporting ongoing efforts to improve feedback and training for staff.
In his spare time, Kelsey like to cook/bake, travel, attend sporting events (Go Tarheels), listen to e-books and music, and relax.
