Garrett Bailey has over five years of professional experience in customer service and tech support. As the systems and operations assistant at Child Trends, he is responsible for supporting a variety of information systems-related tasks including managing the imaging, tracking, and shipment of IT equipment to staff across the country, maintaining internal information systems, and supporting various internal operations teams.

Previously, Garrett served as a Specialist at Apple where he provided expert customer service in hardware sales and tech support. He’s also led inventory management projects during his tenure as an Inventory Coordinator at A Wider Circle. Garrett holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland, College Park. He uses his passion for technology and electronics to support the Technical Support and IT team.
