Erin Bultinck works in the Early Childhood Development research area in the Minnesota office. As a student at the University of Minnesota, Erin worked at the Child Development Center and also volunteered as an help-line advocate for The Aurora Center for Advocacy and Education (TAC). Her work with children and at TAC encouraged her to combine both topics as part of a senior thesis.  She conducted a literature review on the impact of domestic violence on cognitive, behavioral, and emotional development in children.  Erin’s current areas of interest include factors that affect children’s overall development and interventions that aim to improve outcomes.  She intends to pursue a higher degree in developmental psychology.
