Danielle Hegseth, MSW, MPP, is a skilled project director with more than five years of experience providing project and data management for multiple research studies. Her work includes oversight, tracking, and analysis of research project progress information and data, including budget development and monitoring. Ms. Hegseth’s project portfolio focuses on quality improvement initiatives. She is the project director for the Arizona and New Mexico Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Evaluation and Validation studies, and co-manages the Culture of Continuous Learning Project.
In recent years Ms. Hegseth has co-led or contributed to evaluation studies in Virginia and Rhode Island. To support research operations for the early childhood development program area, she maintains proficient knowledge of research requirements involving human subjects and IRB procedures to ensure that projects meet standards. She also manages project staff, contributes to the development of project management tools, leads statewide data collection efforts, conducts analyses, and presents research findings. For her master’s thesis, Ms. Hegseth analyzed policy and governance structures for supporting statewide integrated early childhood systems.
