An Examination of the HOME-Short Form in Relation to Observational Measures of Mother-Child Interaction

Contrasts the HOME-Short Form with measures of parenting based on direct observation of mother-child interaction. Findings indicate that while the HOME-Short Form and observational measures both capture some aspects the observational measures are more expansive.
