On Tuesday, March 20^th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. ET, Kristen Harper, an expert on school climate and school discipline, will testify at the hearing on “Preventable Violence in America: An Examination of Law Enforcement Information Sharing and Misguided Public Policy” for the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations.
