In this brief, we use CCAP administrative data to analyze some key aspects of how families participate in the program in Minnesota. The key objectives of this study are to understand how long children participate in CCAP, how long their subsidized care arrangements last, and whether they are likely to return to the program after a break in subsidy receipt.
