In comparison to control group:

- Program participants are no more likely to live with or to support their child.

- Program participants are equally likely to receive financial support from their child's father.

- Participants were more likely to establish paternity (4 percentage point increase overall). in comparison to counterparts in control group participants age 17-18 and blacks were more likely to establish paternity.
