Employment: Awareness of Goals and Steps to Achieve Goals
Findings regarding the impact of employment programs on personal goals are far from conclusive. However, students in Career Academies were more likely than their non-academy counterpart to perceive a strong connection between what they learned in school and their longer-term education and career interests.
