Mission/Goals: To provide children in economically disadvantaged elementary and middle schools the opportunity to build and develop important skills necessary for success in school and life by participating in chess club programs and tournaments.

Notes: Chess for Success trains elementary teachers to lead the after school program in their schools. The cost for one academic year (50 hours) of after school programming is about $75 per student.
