Summary of Available Evaluation Information: Mayor's Time seeks to positively impact the health and safety of Detroit's youth through the expansion of after-school programs. It is not a direct-service provider, but it does play a large role in expanding existing after-school programs and identifying and creating new opportunities for after-school programming. Evaluations are performed periodically, and the 2004 report is planned for completion in the Spring of 2005.
