Mission/Goals: The mission of the organization is to promote understanding and respect among all races, religions, and cultures. The program goal is to empower youth to make changes in their school environment so that it becomes more inclusive of all types of members. The program hosts conferences for middle school students and high school students which bring teams of students and educators together for activities and discussions on diversity, acceptance, peer pressure and leadership. The conference promotes leadership skills by helping students develop action plans for their schools.

Type of Evaluation: Outcomes Monitoring.

Objective: To examine what types of changes and benefits are expected as a result of the program and to assess to what extent the program is meeting these expected outcomes.

Impact/Outcomes: The study reports that the program was highly effective in achieving the initial and intermediate outcomes. However, the program was less effective in changing school climate.

No fee for individual students although there is a small team fee which is 10% of actual costs
