TABITHA K. ISNER

Research Analyst
M.P.P./M.Div., University of Chicago
Rev. Isner works in the Early Childhood Development area in Child Trends' Minneapolis office.  Her work focuses on the impact of QRIS systems on program quality and on parents’ child care choices; the relationship between child care choices and employment outcomes for low-income families; and strategies and assessment tools for the professional development of early childhood educators.  She is also passionate about ongoing research into culturally- and linguistically-appropriate learning environments.
