Ms. Allen works in the Child Welfare research area.  She has experience providing direct services in the child welfare field, specifically in family preservation and adoption.  Her interests include program evaluation, social policy implications for children and families in low-income communities, and early childhood.  She is involved with projects examining issues around fatherhood, early childhood, and child welfare.
