Mr. Carrier handles media relations and outreach to other organizations, and primarily focuses on the reproductive health and youth development research areas.  Before joining Child Trends, he managed projects and designed communications and outreach strategies for several national organizations, including the National Human Services Assembly/National Collaboration for Youth, American Planning Association, and National 4-H Council.
